Question : I've just placed an order. When can I expect it to be delivered?

Answer : We have a same day dispatch guarantee on ALL orders placed online, by phone or fax prior to 1pm AEST Monday - Friday (excluding NSW public holidays). Any orders received by us after 1pm AEST Monday - Friday or on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the folllowing business day.

Your order will be delivered within 1 - 3 business days to 98% of Australia. Remote locations can expect up to 4 working days for delivery.

94% of all orders we dispatch are received by our customers the next business day. Your order will be delivered with TNT couriers.


Question : I am not confident / comfortable ordering online. Can I place my order using a different method?

Answer : Yes you can. You're welcome to order by fax, phone or email.

Question : Do you have a minimum order?

Answer : Yes. Our minimum order by phone, fax or online is $79.00.


Question : How secure are my credit card and personal details?

Answer : Our website uses 128 bit encryption (the most powerful website encryption system available) to guard your credit card and personal details. We take security very seriously, and guarantee the security of all your details whether you order by website, fax or telephone.


Question : What payment method options do I have?

Answer : You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or Direct Deposit.


Question: Why can't I get my order delivered to a PO Box?

Answer : We use TNT couriers for delivery of our orders. Unfortunately, they do not make deliveries to PO Boxes. We must comply with this rule & therefore cannot accept delivery addresses that include a PO Box address.


Question : Do you have a catalogue?

Answer : Yes we do! You can download a copy of our latest catalogue here. If you'd prefer a paper copy, please just give a call on 1300 792 267 & we will post you a paper version in the mail, free of charge.


Question : How do I know that you have the items that I want in stock?

Answer : We hold massive stock levels. If you can see a product on our website, it is in stock. If you want to confirm stock levels prior to ordering, you're welcome to call us on 1300 792 267 for confirmation.


Question : I've heard about your "best price" guarantee. Explain your price policy?

Answer : It's simple. We guarantee that if you find a better price (including next business day delivery) on any items similar in size and quality that you wish to purchase from us, we will send you a second identical item free of charge !


Question : Do you guarantee the quality of your products?

Answer : Yes, and our guarantee is IRON CLAD. If you are not 100% happy with the quality of any of our entire range of products, simply return them to us within seven days of receipt for a friendly refund. We're so confident you'll love our products as much as we think you will, we'll even pay the postage back!


Question : Do you ship orders internationally?

Answer : We only ship orders within Australia and unfortunately, no, we do not ship internationally.


Question : Do you offer volume discounts?

Question : Do you ever offer price promotions and/or have "SALE" periods?

Answer : We sure do! It wouldn't seem right to be Australia's leading supplier of Retail Sale Signs and not have our own "SALE" every now and then. Simply tick the "yes please sign me up to your email list" box when you are creating your customer account, and we'll shoot you an e-mail every time they're on (and we promise not to bombard you with annoying e-mails).
